Pearl Habitat was established in 2004 with a view to tap into the construction boom in Eastern India, especially warehouse constructions in the state of Bihar.
In the same year, Pearl Habitat successfully registered with the Bihar State Warehousing Corporation (BSWC) as a grade 1 contractor for construction of warehouses, a testament to our focus on high quality.
So far, Pearl Habitat has in its portfolio over 10 warehouses, in locations ranging from Bhagalpur to Purnea to
Sitamarhi.
In line with our belief in self sufficiency and minimum external reliance, we have an in-house inventory of all the latest construction equipment required, and are constantly on the lookout for challenging projects.
